		<description>That&#039;s great! Good job! The type of flour can definitely alter the consistency of whatever you&#039;re baking. It&#039;s all about preference. I like the almond &amp; oat combination for the added protein but also for the consistency.</description>

		<description>Just made a loaf! I used whole wheat flour instead of almond. The bread turned out much more dry and firm than your version, but still very delicious. So easy even I could do it :)</description>
